Casino technical issues - Issue reporting checklist

General Casino issues:

  • Are there any casino games that you can access, or are they all blocked?
  • Do you get an error message when you try to play a specific game or does it happen with Casino in general?

If you are experiencing issues with slot games:

  2. Which web browser are you using on your computer/device (e.g. Chrome, Safari, etc.)?
  3. Do you get any specific error message when you try to access your Slot game?
  4. Does this issue occur when you try our other casino games? If so, please list a few examples of the games affected in your reply.
