Instant eChecks: Deposit cancellation requests

Instant eChecks deposits cannot be canceled on our end once a request has been submitted.

The time it takes for deposited funds to be debited from your bank account is an automated process we have no control over.

As per our Instant eChecks Terms and Conditions: "You agree that all payments initiated by you in which charges are made to your bank account are final and not reversible".

Always ensure that the amount requested remains available in your bank account until the funds have been debited in order to avoid any returns and overdraft fees.

If your deposit is returned by your bank, we will notify you and provide information on how to repay any funds should your user account go in the negative.
